In the time of Dr. Edward Bach, the green countryside extended as far as the eye could see. This environment constituted his work shop and his research laboratory. Today, urbanisation and modern agriculture have considerably reduced these natural spaces.USE OF FLORAL ELIXIRSIt is in the eastern pyrenees, at the foot of Mont Canigou, a still wild area, that an organic expert prepares the 38 Floral Elixirs. The neat elixir is extended with organic cognac, according to the methods of sun drying or boiling, techniques used by Dr. Edward Bach, for more than half a century. These elixirs are then put into 10 ml bottles in our laboratory.

- Chose the elixirs adapted or very close to the moods described in the book “The Floral Elixirs of Doctor Edward Bach”.
Put 2 drops of each of these elixirs into a glass of still spring water and hold each mouthful under the tongue for a few seconds before swallowing.
It can be taken in the morning on a empty stomach and at night before going to bed, or every time one feels the need.
It is not advisable to use more than 5 different elixirs at the same time.
