Dr Jacqueline Bousquet is one of the first and rare scientists to have exposed the deviations of a “earthly” agricultural system and the  "medico-scientist domination ", supported by the media brainwashing, mixing blindly  health and ”sanitarism”, medicine and industrial pharmacy, people and consumers. Her article, broadly  reproduced hereunder is dated 1993, and nobody will doubt, today, of the urgency to make the choice of survival... 
 
CONTRADICTIONS  
When science discovers that health and therefore the immune system - guarantee of the physical integrity, the only barrier against illness and AIDS - depend solely on the quality of food, the agro-business, more concerned about profits than public health is ready to open new concentration camps for “butchery” animals. .    COMPLICITIES 
This barbarity develops thanks to the consumers general apathy who buy anything because it is cheaper, without considering the other bills that their bodies will make them pay one day, wrecked by what they have consumed.  
The farmers, renamed “agricultural businesspersons“, over-producing, are virtually exploited by the chemical trusts and the meat industry which reap heaps of money while they are indebted and almost bankrupt. Before this race for money, the farmers used to love and respect their animals which were their livelihood.  The ones that succumbed to the money call are now bitter and try to return to rationalism and to the bio quality. They must be helped, our survival and most importantly our children’s depend on it.  
  DISINFORMATION 
Today, man discovers that nothing is for free on this planet and that the information contained in the food is vital for their future. The memory existing is all matter is transmitted along the food-chain at the end of which is man. This explains why today, canteens cannot offer meals containing eggs because of the uncontrollable spread of salmonellas.  
What are the scientists waiting for to demonstrate that there are no salmonellas in eggs laid by chicken raised naturally that is, eating naturally, having breathing space, scratching the earth and perching as Mother Nature had intended in the genes ?  Preventing these animals to live “their lives” stress them and they loose their bearings.  They become mad. How to esteem eggs of suffering, eggs of shame, eggs from these distressed birds. If consumers realised that there are choices, that the physiologic dejection of the chicken is merciless and unnecessary, they would be disgusted by these eggs with inverted polarities, bearers of death ....  
  URGENCIES  
Notice to the consumers. We must eat less, eat better. Nature, we thought we could dominate, as well as our own nature which we denigrate with advertising campaigns (sugar week, dairy week, friends for life, etc..), impose a complete behavioural change or we will be brutally reminded.  

Food from intensive exploitation of animals, plants or Earth itself, is improper for consumption. We know today that the fact that there is a chemical molecule (enzyme, vitamin..) does not mean that this molecule has a biological activity. This explains that products of syntheses, food or medicine are often strongly toxic.  Food allergies rank 6th in the world diseases (not all of them are accepted as such). Notwithstanding this and many other frightening things, we let inhumane structures be developed towards the animal that feeds us and that we don’t even respect anymore.  

Consumer, your only weapon is boycott. Must we go that far ?..
